Since 1975 Affordable Property Management has been servicing the needs of investors in the greater East and West San Gabriel Valley and was founded by Steve McIntosh Owner/Broker.
It was Steve’s desire to offer affordable services to the Orange County marketplace, when both his and Vickie's paths crossed. Vickie had been employed for over 16 years with a local property management company in Huntington Beach and through business associates they were introduced. In discussing our goals, philosophy and basic business ethics, it was agreed that we shared many of the same beliefs. Most importantly, we both strive at offering friendly personal services predicated on trust, honesty, dedication and hard work with a genuine interest in our clients needs. We agreed to join forces as partners and thus opened our new location in Fountain Valley offering our services to all of Orange County.
